ABOUT THE CHECK-IN
You will need to fill in the online check-in form with the guest details, provide proof of ID, sign our T&C, make payment, authorise security deposit and expected arrival time. Once checked and verified, you will receive the check-in instructions 48 hours before your arrival by email.

• Security deposit of £200.00 will be requested in advance.
• Pets are not allowed. We thoroughly clean and disinfect each property before and after every stay.
• Towels and bedlinen are provided.
• Parking is available at the property.
*Security deposit will be released two days after departure, but subject to any damages.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
HOUSE RULES
• No one but guest who have booked to stay may enter the property. Anyone other than the guest booking is strictly not allowed to stay overnight.
• No parties/ gathering is allowed in the property.
• Smoking / vaping is strictly forbidden. Any smell of smoke after staying will have an immediate forfeit for the whole amount of security deposit.
• We kindly ask to remove the outdoor shoes in the hallway to help keep the carpets clean.
• Recycling and rubbish: Please use the bins provided for food waste, general waste and recycling waste.
• Guest will require to sign the terms and condition, provide proof of ID.
• Guest will be required to pay a security deposit of £200 before accessing the property which will be refunded two days after their departure but subject to any damages
